Wireless dry contact sensor
Coin cell | AA | Industrial
Spook wireless dry contact sensors detect when there is contact between two wired end points. They basically form a loop when closed and should the loop be opened an alert is broadcast and vice versa. These sensors can easily be integrated into existing dry contact panels/ports usually present on third party equipment.
Potential uses for wireless dry contact sensors
- Alarm panels
- UPS systems
- Freezer/cooler door access
- Machinery switches
Did you know?
Dry contact sensors are sometimes referred to as volt free contacts or volt free switches. They are mechanical contacts with no electrical connection and they record the output of a connection being open and closed mechanically by a solenoid or other device.
