OmniWatch, a service provided by Spook, is our primary solution for the centralised monitoring of our various ICT rooms located throughout Liverpool. OmniWatch is a cloud-based platform, enabling us to access real-time digital dashboards from any location, ensuring both on-site and off-site accessibility.

Recognising the demands on our time and the possibility of overlooking critical communications; whether due to busy schedules, low mobile signal areas, or the quiet hours of the night, Spook has implemented a robust alert system. In the event of critical alarms, UK call centre representatives are tasked with contacting us directly to relay the alerts. They can also reach alternative staff members or landlines if necessary.
It is not uncommon for incidents to occur outside of regular office hours. With Spook's comprehensive monitoring system in place, we have peace of mind knowing that we will be promptly notified of any issues 24/7.
Furthermore, Spook’s remote environmental monitoring is now a core feature on our Network Operations Centre (NOC) dashboard and allow the Digital team to provide the required assurances to both the CTO and Board.
